The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.
SASSA will likely be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency claimed it can be alarmed concerning the high variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is certainly as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The support place established for intervention experiences a large influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it tricky with the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.
“In sassa status this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to allow the servicing of all consumers and boost entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
